We loved the friendly and helpful owner who made us feel right at home. the big rooms with AC, sink, and built-in closet were perfect for our adventure travels. the fully equipped kitchen and three bathrooms were a great addition. the location was excellent, right beside the subway and supermarkets, making sightseeing a breeze. Highly recommended!

The location was fantastic, with a metro station just a few minutes away and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Having three separate bathrooms was a great convenience, never having to wait for a shower or a toilet. the well-equipped kitchen, with separate sections in the fridge, was a nice bonus for storing and preparing food.
The thin walls were a bit of a downside as I could hear the constant noise from someone's TV and people walking in the hallway. It made it a bit difficult to relax and have a peaceful stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Alvaro Residencia. The location was excellent, with a short 5-minute walk to the Royal Palace and other famous landmarks. The room I stayed in was comfortable, with two pleasant beds. And despite the shared bathroom, I rarely saw anyone else staying there. The best part? The amazing value for money, as I only paid 88 euros for two nights. I highly recommend Alvaro Residencia for its prime location and affordable prices.

Staying at this charming hostel is a wonderful experience. It is at a fantastic location, near the city's major sites and just a short walk to one of the metro stations. the hostel is beautifully decorated, which gives off a cozy and homey vibe. With clean shared bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen, everything is provided for your convenience.
The walls may be thin, so it can be a bit noisy in the mornings when neighboring guests or staff members are up and about.

During my Christmas visit, I had a great experience staying in this well-maintained and cozy apartment. the best aspects were its location in the heart of the city, which made it easy to walk to many tourist attractions, and the price, which was very affordable. the staff was welcoming and friendly, making me feel at home in this unfamiliar city.
Everything was well taken care of, and I enjoyed my time in this comfortable and convenient residence.
